Dirt, grime, discoloration. Wash it all away! Pressure washing is a type of cleaning in which high powered water is sprayed to remove tough stains, mold, grime, algae, fungus, moss, mud, dirt, gum, and loose paint from surfaces.
A clean walkway or a clean parking lot can make a huge difference! We clean driveways, decks, docks, patios, brick siding, and more!
Some of the different types of materials: asphalt, pavers, concrete, brick, hard plastics, vinyl, composite decking, hard plastics, outdoor carpeting, and wood.
Of course it is messy, but after every job we rinse and clean everything off - after all, isn't our job to clean? Penrose Pressure Washing uses a special industrial surface cleaner that limits the amount of water and mud sprayed onto buildings, plants, cars or anything else that it doesn't belong on.
Everyone wants the best for our community and environment... so do we! Pressure washing is a safe alternative to softwashing and nasty harmful chemicals that negatively impact the environment.
Here are some reasons to get your driveway pressure washed:
Generally speaking, pressure washing moves residue from concrete surfaces which are usually durable. Sometimes small rocks embedded in the concrete can come loose over time, but we use appropraite settings of pressure required for different materials so damage is highly unlikely.
The biggest concern when it comes to pressure washing is the paint, on that of house or fences. If the paint is already flaking and peeling off, more can come off if the wand accidentally gets too close. If the paint is not peeling off and is well applied usually we have no issues with paint coming off; we avoid painted surfaces anyway. Penrose Pressure Washing also reserves the right to turn down high risk jobs.
